Junior Motion Designer (fmd)

As a Motion Designer at justDice your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize design and implement dynamic creative advertising (Video Static Interactive) content that drive engagement retention and growth for our expanding app inventory. You will work closely alongside a team of talented motion designers Playable Devs and User Acquisition managers. Were looking for a curious detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our growing Design team. Youll help us create engaging creative content for our mobile apps from concept to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in both motion and static design whos eager to learn experiment and grow within the Design position reports to the Design Team Lead.

What you will do :

• As part of the Design Team develop and realize visual concepts and video ads for versatile marketing campaigns.
• Actively contribute to team goals; through deliverables new marketing ideas and shared learnings.
• Find new ways to market our brands together with the team.
• Contribute to the workflow structure optimization with experience and new ideas.
• Collaborate closely with other designers developers and UA managers.
• Learn and adapt to our internal automation tools and workflows.
• Explore new AI-driven creative workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of our internal process.
