Job Profile :

  • Maintaining an optimal condition of capital and production assets of the reagent production and logistics divisions
  • Optimization of production processes and management of the product life cycle
  • Cost control
  • Personnel selection, management, and development
  • Performing salary and performance reviews
  • Control compliance with quality systems requirement (GMP / ISO) and regulatory requirements for manufacturing operation and logistics
  • Maintain interfaces with other departments to enable smooth operations and improvement of higher-level processes

Skills & Competencies Profile :

  • A completed degree (M.Sc / B.Sc.) or equivalent in a scientific or technical subject
  • 5 years or more management experience in a manufacturing operation or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Additional business knowledge is an advantage
