We’re looking

for our Head of New Business for Germany who expects more from their career.

It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to key clients, building relationships to define and deliver our company goals. It’s an opportunity to deliver dunnhumby’s international growth strategy through developing new engagements with German grocery retailers.

Joining our new business team, you will leverage your strong network to trigger new business opportunities in Germany and win sales with grocery retailers, pitching our unique set of customer first solutions designed for grocery retailers : customer loyalty, customer engagement, category management, price and promotions, data and media monetisation.

You will manage the new business cycle through prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, pitching and negotiation. Once contracts are won, you will roll out the optimum operating model to get client engagement up and running to execute plans. You will work with a range of stakeholders, including Head of Region / Country, Products specialists, finance and legal, as well as senior members within client organisations.

  • Successful track record of delivering new business targets in a tech / consulting environment
  • A strong network of senior contacts within German grocery retailers
  • Building great relationships with new client stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true partner
  • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate customer first solutions
  • Great collaboration with colleagues
