For our customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as an Internal Control Assessment Specialist (m / f / d) at the location Taufkirchen. The position is limited until 07 / 2025.
Your responsibilities :
Have an overview about Internal Control and Compliance priorities in the entities of AirbusProvide support and guidance for process owners in FinanceTrack deficiencies in the groupCoordinate on-site review planning, incl. core entities to be checked, timelines, responsibilities etc. and write internal reports. This work will be cross functional and cross divisionEnsure through interviews and tests that internal rules, regulations and standards are effectively applied and that the local Top Management manages risks adequatelyFormulate recommendations of Internal Controls improvement and advise on the establishment of roadmaps and concrete action plans and deadlines to local Heads of Finance departmentsSupport the finance departments in the monitoring and progress of action plans related to internal financial control improvement recommendations (coming from Checks or from internal or external audits)Prepare and provide inputs for regular high-level management meetingsYour profile :
Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance or comparableSeveral years of work experience in conducting audits of Finance processes and controls gained either through Internal Audit work for a large organisation or External Audit work with a large Audit firm or a large experience in the accounting and treasury departments are requiredGood technical understanding of business processes and internal accounting and financial control requirementsAbility to assess effectiveness of accounting and financial controls based on experience gainedGood knowledge in MS-OfficeFluent German and English skills both spoken and written internally or with internal or external auditAble to travel within Airbus Home countriesYour partner :
