Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in both German and English to help drive our sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in account management and tech sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager.
At least 5 years of experience in tech sales.
Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
