Senior Accountant (M/F) – PERE Specialist (Junior profiles accepted) – Let’s talk!

Our client, a leading Luxembourgish service provider specializing in Fund Administration and Domiciliation, is looking to strengthen its team with a Senior Accountant (M/F). This is a pivotal role where you will act as the technical lead for complex PERE structures, providing high-end bespoke services to international investment managers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• A-to-Z Portfolio Management: Lead all aspects of accounting and administration for Luxembourg-based Real Estate and Private Equity structures.
• Financial Excellence: Responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements.
• Reporting Specialist: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and ensure compliance with LuxGAAP and specific fund reporting requirements.
• Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. You will coordinate with external stakeholders, including AIFMs, auditors, tax/legal advisors, and banking institutions.
• Leadership & Support: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal accounting processes.

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in a similar role within the Luxembourg PERE sector (Service Provider or Big 4).
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in LuxGAAP (including fund accounting and consolidation). Knowledge of IFRS, INREV, or US GAAP is a significant competitive advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in German or French is highly valued.
• Tools: Advanced command of MS Excel and experience with specialized accounting software (e.g., eFront, Investran, Bob50).
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive "team-player" attitude.
