For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!
This is a temporary position to cover a replacement. The contract is limited until the end of July and will not be extended .
Your Tasks
- Support the annual ICSA Core campaign :
- Have an overview of Internal Control and Compliance priorities in Airbus entities.
- Provide support and guidance for process owners in Finance.
- Track deficiencies across the group.
- Perform 2nd Level tests of controls :
- Coordinate on-site review planning, including core entities, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Write internal reports and ensure cross-functional and cross-division collaboration.
- Conduct interviews and tests to ensure compliance with internal rules, regulations, and standards.
- Formulate recommendations for Internal Controls improvements :
- Advise on establishing roadmaps, concrete action plans, and deadlines for local Heads of Finance departments.
- Monitor and report progress of remediation actions :
- Support finance departments in monitoring action plans for internal financial control improvements (arising from checks or audits).
- Prepare and provide inputs for regular high-level management meetings.
Your Profil
Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.3–5 years of experience in conducting audits of finance processes and controls, gained either through :
Internal Audit work for a large organization,External Audit work with a major audit firm, orExtensive experience in accounting and treasury departments.Strong technical understanding of business processes and internal accounting and financial control requirements.Ability to assess the effectiveness of accounting and financial controls.Proficiency in MS Office is required.Fluent English and German language skills are essential.Willingness to travel within Airbus Home countries.Professional careers do not always run perfectly or in a straight line.
