We are looking for a Service Specialist to join our team.
Job Location : Duesseldorf, Germany
Type of Contract : Leased Labour Contract
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for after-sales service of Honor products
- Responsible for local authorized service centers management, standardize and optimize product repair process
- Monitor service KPIs, including product repair time, spare parts quantity, etc
- Build new after-sales service system in new markets
- Collect and analyze the feedback of consumers
- Handling customer complaints and crisis events, etc
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or another relevant field.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPatience, empathy, passion for helping people, open-minded, strong learning ability, willing to think, and courageous to continue to explore, positive and strong communication skillsFamiliar with office software, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.Proficiency in English and German is a must, Chinese language is a plus.Team player, ability work under stressNever give-up mentalityWhat we offer :
