We are now collaborating with an exciting deep tech defence company whose solutions are not only technologically impressive, they are mission critical. This fast-paced start-up develop advanced unmanned ground vehicles and sensor systems in the European defence space and with big growth plans, we are excited to support them with Freelance Robotics Software Lead!

What you'll do :

Design modular, scalable robotic software systems

Develop & integrate sensor, actuator, and comms (CAN, Ethernet, wireless) solutions

Define secure communication protocols

Collaborate with hardware / software teams for seamless integration

What you bring :

Strong C++ skills & ROS experience

Deep understanding of robotics, real-time systems, and security

Experience with communication protocols & embedded systems

Passion for innovation and solving real-world challenges

Fluent in English (German is a plus)
