- Saturday & Sunday : 08 : 00 AM – 05 : 00 PM
- Days Off : 2 rotational days
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch . No previous experience is required.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in DutchProvide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely mannerEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionDocument customer interactions according to internal proceduresCollaborate with internal teams when neededRequirements

Contract Type : Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 monthsBase Salary : 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months)Performance Bonus : 135 € per year (14 months)Complexity Bonus : 120 € per year (11 months)Relocation Support
