YOUR TASKS
We're seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Data Quality team. This is a unique opportunity to establish data governance standards and practices from the ground up. You'll create the framework that aligns with the overall vision, and lead a team of data quality professionals while partnering across the organization to ensure data integrity across all business-critical systems. Your key responsibilities are :
Design and implement our company-wide data quality governance framework, policies, and standardsEstablish data quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate data health across the organizationCreate and maintain data quality documentation, including data dictionaries, lineage maps, and quality rulesDevelop processes for data quality issue identification, escalation, and resolutionFoster a culture of data stewardship and accountability across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize data quality initiativesOwn data quality across the Lead-to-Cash business process, ensuring accuracy and completeness from initial lead capture through revenue recognitionPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and implement quality controlsConduct regular data audits and assessments of CRM, ERP, and Marketing Automation platformsDesign and implement automated data validation rules, cleansing processes, and quality monitoring tools within business critical systemsPartner with business enablement and GTM operations teams to train business users on data entry standards, quality expectations, and proper system usageSupport data migration projects and system implementations with quality validationYOUR PROFILE
Required Experience
4-6 years of professional experience in data management, data quality, or related fields2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise-wide data quality programsProven track record building data quality programs from scratch in fast-paced environmentsDeep expertise with the Lead-to-Cash business process and associated data flowsExtensive experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), ERP systems, and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)2+ years of people management experienceExperience in SaaS or high-growth technology companiesTechnical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis toolsExperience with data quality and data governance tools and platformsUnderstanding of data integration patterns and ETL / ELT processesFamiliarity with data modeling concepts and master data management principlesKnowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirementsSoft Skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesStrong stakeholder management and influence skills across all organizational levelsStrategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilitiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailChange management experience and ability to drive adoption of new processesFACTS FOR YOU
