What you do

  • Responsible for the design and conception of a new product offering in the employer evaluation and employee satisfaction sector, ensuring it meets industry standards and employer needs
  • Lead the implementation and market launch of the new business model
  • Identify, establish, and nurture business relationships with client companies as well as Statista’s media partners to promote and support the new business model
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for industry partners, maintaining strong and ongoing relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align objectives and ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to continuously improve the business model and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to senior leadership on best practices and innovations in employer branding
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements
  • Manage the project timeline, budget, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Your skills

Who you are

  • 5-7 years of professional experience, with 2-3 years in internal or external management consulting, specifically in employer branding, employee satisfaction measurement, employer rating, or related fields
  • Proven experience in business development and / or as a product owner, particularly in launching new products or services
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English and German; experience with US market dynamics and cultural understanding is a plus
  • Based in Hamburg and willing to travel occasionally for business
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow business partnerships successfully
  • Strong network and established contacts within the employer branding industry and media sector
