We are now focused on further strengthening and expanding this area to solidify our global presence. About the job Exciting Opportunity : Business Development Manager To support our ambitious growth strategy, we are actively seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM).

This individual will work closely with company owners, playing a significant role in building our global business. With a focus on introducing new products and entering new markets, the BDM will be responsible for developing and expanding the partner network, identifying and supporting potential opportunities, and securing new projects.

Tasks Develop new business relationships within distributors of Smart Home and AV field worldwide. Lead sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Negotiate terms and contracts with clients. Maintain existing business relationships and cultivate key accounts. Cooperate with designers and installers of building automation, providing also product training.

Provide insights on customer needs. Be a part of a cross-functional team by closely collaborating with the production, marketing, product development and customer support.

Conduct market intelligence to understand the market trends, competitors activities and to identify new opportunities. Develop strategies to expand globally within the niche of iPad in Building Automation.

Report to the owners key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
