Your Role :
DLT Finance is seeking a reliable and structured Junior IT Technician who will take a hands-on approach to all IT-infrastructure matters within DLT Finance.
This crucial role involves eliminating potential risks and infrastructural bottlenecks, ensuring ongoing safety of all networks and supporting the team operationally in setting up systems, managing accesses and a variety of different tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Infrastructure and Network Management : You oversee, maintain and set up the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
You ensure the availability, performance and security of IT systems and manage upgrades and expansions.
- Internal support : You support the Head of IT in IT asset and access management, and be the primary contact for DLT employees' technical inquiries on-site and remote, by developing IT support processes and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Workplace configuration : Provide support in provisioning and maintaining the employee work environment, including PCs, laptops, printers, and meeting room configurations and therefore maintain the IT asset inventory.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Relevant education in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Experience in the role of technical support for IT and general knowledge and experience of network architecture
- Hands-on experience with network and security tools, such as SIEM, MDM, and intrusion detection systems setup is a plus.
