Responsibilities :

Handling all corporate law matters, including annual shareholders’ meetings and providing legal advice to the executive board, supervisory board, and its committees.
Advising on capital market requirements, corporate governance, and finance activities, ensuring compliance at every step.
Leading legal efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures on a global scale.
Managing global "corporate housekeeping activities" for all affiliates.
Leading and mentoring a team of fully qualified lawyers (m / f / d).
Leading a team of 7 lawyers.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a motivated, fully qualified lawyer (m / f / d) with :

Significant expertise in corporate law and M&A transactions.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.

Several years of experience as an in-house counsel.

A deep understanding of economic and business contexts.

Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.

An independent work style combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Strong sense of ownership and a confident, persuasive demeanour.
