For a globally active and renowned customer, we are looking for talented customer service representatives (m / f / d) with very good Czech language skills and fluency in English for their customer service team. The versatile range of tasks streches from providing of general information to drivers (eg stock prices, addresses of emergency pharmacies, etc.) to the booking of accomodations or restaurant tables and further to the management of breakdown and emergency calls. About you (m / f / d) : You deal with individual customer concerns confidently, capture individual wishes of the customer and find tailor-made solutions for them Czech fluent Good English skills complete your profile PC literate Reliable and can work shifts Understands the importance of professionalism You like the phone and it likes you Wir freuen uns Sie kennenzulernen!
