Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Service Partner & Training Manager to join our international this dynamic role you will manage and grow our global network of marine service partners while leading the development and delivery of training programs. Serving as a vital bridge between our Product Management and Technical Support teams you will ensure our engineers and service partners are certified trained and aligned with the latest product innovations and industry standardsespecially the CIRM Code of Practice for Service Providers. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build manage and continuously improve a global network of certified marine service partners.
• Lead partner onboarding performance reviews and agreement renewals in alignment with legal and commercial processes.
• Ensure service partners meet training and certification standards in accordance with the CIRM Code of Practice for Service Providers.
• Develop and deliver technical training (classroom remote video) using modern training tools and platforms.
• Create and maintain training materials including video tutorials and online resources.
• Oversee certification processes and maintain accurate training records.
• Align closely with Product Management to integrate new product releases into training and service documentation.
• Issue technical bulletins service updates and escalation guidance in coordination with the Technical Support Team and Product Management.
• Act as a central communication hub between technical support product development and the service partner network.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree or technical qualification in marine electronics navigation systems or a related field.
• Proven experience managing global service networks or third-party technical partners.
• Strong training and instructional design background including virtual and in-person delivery.
• Proficient in video production tools (e.g. Camtasia Adobe Premiere or similar).
• Familiarity with the CIRM Code of Practice for Service Providers and industry certification standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured hands-on approach to partner and training management.
• Ability to travel required
