Your task will be :

  • Installation and administration of networks (WAN, LAN), virtualized systems as well as Windows / - Linux operating systems
  • Support and error analysis, e.g. by adjusting the application situation in the test system
  • Communication of the problem solution to the customer, if possible common telephone implementation
  • In the event of operating errors : system recommissioning in cooperation with the customer
  • communicative interface to the in-house development department

  • Documentation of the support case in the ticket system
  • Troubleshooting in 2nd level support by telephone and remote access

You have the following skills and qualifications

  • Completed university education (Uni / FH) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of IT, ideally in a very dynamic and strongly growing environment
  • Experience in personnel management and the management of business-critical IT projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the analysis and optimization of business processes in IT
  • Innovative, dynamic, proactive and committed thinking and acting

  • Very good overview of current systems and applications as well as the latest technologies
  • Technical know-how in the administration of Windows networks, network technology, ERP, virtualization, LAN and WAN concepts, VMWare, server and storage systems
