Tasks :
- Independently support, develop, and roll out the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
- Capture and manage requirements from the HR department, developing implementation and optimization solutions.
- Develop an implementation plan for migrating existing legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Execute and coordinate test phases, including system integration tests and user acceptance tests.
- Customize and document functional extensions to the systems in use.
- Handle fault reports as part of 2nd level support.
Profile :
- A degree in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the HR IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and application.
- Quick comprehension and understanding of complex connections.
- Fluency in German and English.
