Long-Term Contract - German Legal Counsel

They are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (German Speaker) for a 2-year mission .

Responsibilities :

As a key member of the legal team, you will provide guidance across a variety of areas :

Corporate & Commercial Law : Advise on corporate matters, contracts, joint ventures, and other commercial arrangements.

Transaction Support : Assist with acquisitions, disposals, financing structures, and group-wide projects.

Corporate Governance : Maintain corporate registers, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and support internal audits.

Executive Support : Prepare board and committee materials, draft minutes, and support decision-making processes at senior management level.

Real Estate & Construction Projects : Provide legal input on contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance across European projects.

Profile :

Academic Background : Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist : in) with strong academic credentials.

Professional Experience : Previous experience in corporate law, real estate, or construction law is an asset.

Languages : Native-level German and fluent English are mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus.
