A Japanese manufacturer in Amstelveen is looking for a Trade and Logistics Coordinator to support their inventory management & shipping between and clients.
The role will require
TYPE : Contract, full-time (starts with 1 year, but aim is for long-term employment)
WORKING HOURS : 32-40h per week, Core Time is 9 : 00 – 16 : 00
SALARY : €4,000 – 4,500 per month, depending on experience
START : October 2024
LOCATION : Amstelveen (WFH 50% available)
Logistics Coordinator Main Responsibilities :
- Managing the inventory and orders using ERP system
- Arranging deliveries from clients
- Demand planning
- Keep track of the status of open orders and the shipping schedules
- Creating, issuing, and managing invoices
- Liaising with factories in Japan and other Asian countries
- Customer support via email, telephone, and other communication tools
Logistics Coordinator Ideal Candidate :
1-2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or other related rolesStrong skills of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Exact is preferable)Being proactive and take initiative in your workWillingness to learn and develop skillsAll applicants must have the right to work in The Netherlands as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
