Custody Middle Office – Instruction Services & Processing - Associate (all genders)

This role gives you a unique opportunity to grow professionally within Custody Operations in Frankfurt, partnering with other teams in the Custody business, both locally and internationally.

As an Associate within our Instruction Services & Processing team, you will play a vital role in indexing, authenticating and capturing manual instructions – cash and securities - for German speaking clients.

Job responsibilities

• Perform authentication steps for and capture manual client instructions across a variety of products. The Frankfurt-based team is part of a global team.
• Build strong internal working relationships and partnerships with colleagues in Frankfurt and globally.
• Provide operational subject matter expertise and perform root cause analysis to resolve any issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual client instructions and eliminate bespoke client processes.
• Manage group e-mail inbox for the team.
• Input into daily and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
• Support other teams in Custody Operations if required.
• Perform project-related tasks depending on workload.
