Intro and job overview : We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to join the International Marketing team (EMEA & APAC) who is based in Germany, preferably in Munich.

The responsibility of the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing is on leading a small team of regional marketers as well as developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns for our PreciselySAP process automation product portfolioin our key international markets with the goal to acquire and nurture new prospects and to retain our existing client base, while working closely together with the direct sales teams.

The campaigns created will contribute to pipeline generation in support of our continued growth plans. The position operates in a matrix environment working alongside the wider international & global marketing team and reports into the Sr.

Director, International Marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Leads and coaches the team of field marketers aligned to our regional sales leaders for EMEA and APAC.
  • Understands the global, regional, and local strategy to lead the execution of demand generation campaigns in our key markets.
  • Develops and executes integrated demand generation campaigns with the goal to acquire and nurture new prospects and to retain our existing client base.
  • Collaboration and relationship building with local SAP User Groups.
  • Works closely with the regional sales organisation and the global product marketing team to ensure correct messaging and focus on target personas.
  • Partners with the BDR organisation to ensure proper follow up to help build the sales pipeline, while monitoring results and optimizing campaigns.
  • Familiar with key data privacy rules and e-mail regulations to ensure compliance and apply them in e-mail marketing
  • Supports and coordinates localisation efforts.
  • Manages to specific timelines and budgets.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years’ experience in field marketing in the software industry
  • Skills : first people management experiencestrong time management and organizational skills, hands-on mentalityaccuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking skillsability to work internationally (enjoys the experience of different cultures and markets requirements)strong communication skills (ability to present in English and German)effective collaboration and coordination across marketing functions, field marketing and sales
  • Languages : German (Native), English (fluent)

Preferred requirements :

  • SAP marketing background
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Eloqua, Saleforce)
