Your Key Responsibilities
- Provides autonomous administrative support to the Regional Management Team (Sales & Marketing and Operations & SCM) in Frankfurt.
- Assist in preparing qualified presentations, reports and proposals for clients.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and travels.
- Assist in coordinating events, conferences, programs and meetings.
- Coordinate communication with the team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Create and update records to ensure accuracy and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor degree in administration or a comparable qualificationFluent English and German, knowledge of other EU languages are an advantageStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity in SAPExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDiscretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
