Social Lead - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Social Lead - Crypto - this is an onsite role in Berlin or Lisbon.

We are the account abstraction leader on Ethereum and the EVM with the most secure smart wallet infrastructure and platform. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to smart accounts.

You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 90+ people overall. This role will be based in Berlin, Germany (🇩🇪) along with most of our team, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland (🇨🇭), Spain (🇪🇸), Portugal (🇵🇹) and other countries.

About the role :

We are looking for a dynamic  Social Lead  to win attention on social channels and engage new and existing audiences. This role involves owning every digital interaction on social media made on behalf of our brand to resonate with our communities and drive narratives around important topics and issues in crypto.

What you will be doing :

• Develop and execute social media campaigns and manage day-to-day engagement on socials through our handle.
• Own the content calendar and drive attention to key announcements with social campaigns and collaborate with design teams.
• Support content for events, hackathons, and community activities, and partner for co-marketing with adjacent communities.
• Engage and support our community across various platforms (Farcaster, Linkedin).
• Direct questions to internal experts from social media. Funnel inbounds to relevant channels and re-engage on socials.
• Create a simple easy-to-follow process to surface content from the core team, DAO and ecosystem.
• Funnel community into Telegram and Discord groups and re-engage.
• Find and collaborate with vendors to create video and written content.
• Engage community voices and opinion-driving profiles to distribute content.
• Push and maximize reach for campaigns through paid and organic media.
• Craft content for our founder's handles and advise on how to win on social.

Requirements

Demonstrable track record of growing and scaling social media brands, with quantifiable results

Experience managing social media channels and content for established web3 / crypto projects

Strong understanding of the crypto / web3 space and ability to engage with the community in the right "tone"

Proficiency in short-form content creation (blogs, tweets, etc.)

Preference for candidates with a strategic growth marketing background rather than just social media management
