To strengthen our bar team we are currently looking for a Commis de Bar (m / f / d) for our The Lounge and our Curtain Club.

This is what your day will look like :

• Warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to all guests
• Providing service-oriented support to guests in our The Lounge
• Taking all orders and providing excellent advice to guests
• Taking into account and implementing all guest requests and preferences
• Preparing and serving our aperitifs and cocktails
• Daily celebration of the unique Defining Moment and Afternoon Tea
• Interacting and communicating with guests and building long-term relationships through personal individual and first-class service
• Preparing the daily mise-en-place
• Ensuring smooth service
• Implementing all The Ritz-Carlton standards
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines
