Your Job Description

Develop innovative footwear concepts for three products in Adobe Illustrator

Production-ready shell patterns, 2D tooling drawings, technical sketches & tech packs, color line arts

Craft compelling concept presentations (PDF or MIRO) covering : Storytelling & consumer insights, Material and color direction, 50-page deck (10 pages per shoe)

Present designs to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Ensure feasibility and quality by collaborating with development teams and integrating supplier feedback

Deliver final tech packs and assets via SharePoint / Teams

Your qualification profile

Multiple years of footwear design experience, ideally in outdoor performance or sportswear

Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, MIRO, and technical footwear development

Experience in storytelling, concept creation, and trend research

Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and production processes

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
