Contribute yourstrengths and let us grow together.We are hiring anCoRPORATEsUSTAINABILITY dIRECTOR (m / f / d)Your strength : Degree inSustainable Development, Business Administration, Engineering, orother relevant fieldsSeveral years of work experience in aninternal ESG / CSRD / sustainability role or similar consulting,project management, or banking experience with focus onsustainability, ideally in an international organizationExperiencedin collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data for inclusion inpapers, disclosures, reports, projects, or presentationsStrongpresentation and communication skillsAbility to take on largeprojects, create and present a plan of action, and independentlymanage projects to favorable resolution or conclusionAbility andwillingness to travel domestically and internationallyFluency inEnglish; German language skills preferredYourcontribution : Developing Company-wide sustainability management,including the organization and supervision of cross-site andcross-departmental sustainability measures and projects.Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the Company’ssustainability program and compliance with mandatory and optional / customer-focused reporting obligationsDeveloping, implementing,processing, and tracking necessary sustainability key performanceindicators (KPIs)Collecting data and preparing varioussustainability disclosures to include, but not limited to : CarbonReduction Plans, the Company’s Corporate Sustainability Report,CSRD disclosure, PFAS Report, Conflict Mineral Report, and ModernSlavery Statements, Evergreen Assessments, and EmissionStatementsConsulting, collaborating, and providing guidance tomembers of the legal team and other business stakeholders onemerging sustainability issuesEstablishing monitoring and auditingsystems to identify sustainability issues and developmentsOurstrength : An exciting field of activity in a global team Anindependent area of responsibility Intensive training withmentoring programVarious benefits such as working from home,business bike, company pension and subsidy for ourcanteenApply now and join the Artivion team.
