StellenbeschreibungPossess at minimum a BAC degree or equivalent Be fluent in English. French and German. Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage Have good knowledge of standard IT products, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to work on shifts in a team or alone Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations Ability to perform error free in stress situations and without direct supervision A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection Willing to work on shifts 24 / 7 / 365 Position based in Luxembourg Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
Task Responsibilities :
- Collect, distribute and share all flight related information with concerned departments,
- Plan, coordinate and follow up, the cargo build up and optimize the space utilization in coordination with CV WHC & handling agent,
- Proceed with documentation check,
- Coordinate operations with other departments within LUXHUB,
- Supervise the cargo flow through LUXHUB,
- Instruct and share processes with the handling agent,
- Assist customers when required,
- Keep all the parties informed about the status / condition of their freight,
- Maintain records of activities,
- Ensure system updates & transmissions are processed in due time,
- Contribute to team effort.
