Position Description

You will be responsible for the operation (2nd and 3rd level) of our customer s IT services in the area of workplace unified communication and collaboration.

You will take over the technical management of the team which is spread across the berlingen R thenbach a. d. Pegnitz and Nonnweiler locations.

During the (further) development of the services you will ensure the right operating concept and in some cases take over their introduction as a project manager.

The availability and allocation of the right knowhow and the necessary resources are just as much a part of your tasks as ensuring continuous documentation.

You will be responsible for compliance with the guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs) of the services as well as the optimization of operational processes in this environment.

Essential Skills

You must have 5 10 years of Industry experience.

Your German Language proficiency should be C2 level.

Work mode : Presence (100% home office NOT possible)

You should be open to frequent business travel.

In addition you must have degree in computer science.

A related discipline with a focus on information technology or comparable training with appropriate professional experience is the ideal prerequisite for this position.

Your strong ability to work in a team and your good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.

Practical knowledge of Workplace and UCC.

Ideally with Windows 10.

Blackberry UEM.

Skype for Business.

VMWare Horizon.

SharePoint

Microsoft Exchange and / or Lotus Notes

You must have prior expertise in the team and project management.

You should have excellent communication skill.

You must be goaloriented and analytical in your daily activities.
