As afull stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a completeend-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We’re lookingfor a seasoned developer like you with the expertise needed tobuild software and systems from vision toproduction-ready.

This role is more than justcoding. As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’lloversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identifyneeded system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their mostdifficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches,tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed bythe team considers the current architecture and operatingenvironment, as well as future functionality andenhancements.

YouHave :

  • 8+ years ofexperience designing, modifying, developing, writing, andimplementing software programming applications using agilemethods.
  • 8+ years of experience in softwaredevelopment with basic programming languages, technologies, tools,or web development stacks.
  • Experience withAgile methodology, extreme programming, product management, andsoftware products.
  • Experience writing sourcecode for new applications or generating and enhancing code samplesfor existing applications.
  • Experience usingback-end and front-end languages to develop completesolutions.
  • Experience mentoring or supervisingemployees within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolvingworkflow problems through automation optimization.
  • TS / SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degreeand experience with software engineering or 10+ years of experiencein software engineering in lieu of a degree.

Nice If You Have :

  • Experience working with automated testing tools toperform testing and maintenance.
  • Experiencewith Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS,PHP, or Drupal.
  • Master’s degree.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined byvarious factors, including but not limited to location, theindividual’s particular combination of education, knowledge,skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specificaffordability and organizational requirements. The projectedcompensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typicalsalary range for this position and is just one component of BoozAllen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting willclose within 90 days from the Posting Date.
