What You’ll Be Doing ...
- managing and expanding Trimble’s RTN software through whole product lifecycle working with customers, support, sales, product management and engineering
- optimizing performance of our Trimble Pivot Platform product to meet customer needs
- managing release communication with support, sales, dealers and customers
- managing and analyzing telemetry data and making recommendations based on findings
- working with the support team to establish and manage customer escalation management & communication, clarify and verify customer enhancement requests
- establishing feedback process from market (customers, support, dealers and sales) into product management and engineering about key market trends
- managing RTN’s web page section
- establishing and managing a product update and best practices communication process with customer base (webinars, newsletter, etc.).
- taking responsibility for management of part numbers, price lists and existing customer contact details database
What Makes You a Good Fit ...
- technical GNSS (ideally including RTK and VRS) and RTN and precise GNSS corrections experience, or a strong interest in these technologies as well as basic (or advanced) IT knowledge
- experience on a position of Product Owner, Product Manager of Business Analyst from a comparable environment
- you enjoy working cross functionally with customers, support, engineering and sales to strengthen customer value and business results
- you love solving both customer and market problems, you’re adept at both technology and business - and continuously learning about both
- you have international experience, speaks fluently English and enjoy working globally
