Luminary Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Business Development with expertise in digital solutions.

As the Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the field of digital solutions.

You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, establishing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting leadership position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the digital solutions industry while working with a collaborative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of our digital solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients within various industries, including healthcare, finance, and retail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our digital solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the digital solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth, expanding client base, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network of contacts within various industries, including healthcare, finance, and retail.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and managing a business development team, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and differentiate our offerings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
