Junior Key Account Manager - Healthcare Packaging
George Thomas is working exclusively with a Leading Packaging Company that services the Global Market.
We are actively recruiting a Junior Key Account Manager - Healthcare with responsibility for hunting, developing, negotiating, and growing new business as well as managing a client portfolio within Pharmaceutical Packaging.
Location : Germany. Working remotely within the DACH region.
This position will report to the Director of Sales - Europe.
Responsibilities include :
- Business Development - hunting new business opportunity across the DACH region
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business development goals and revenue targets, with a specific focus on the Healthcare sector.
- Implement the company's circular economy and sustainability transformation strategy to drive business growth.
- Support in managing a portfolio of accounts within the Pharmaceutical Packaging segment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management practices.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal sales teams across various plant locations in different countries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements :
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English & German.
- A Bachelor Degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated proven record of accomplishment in successfully developing and executing sales and new business development.
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience within Healthcare / Pharma Packaging.
- Open to extensive travel.
