As a Passenger Service Professional (PSP), you will ensure the efficient, service-oriented handling of our passengers and check-in processes at the airport. Your tasks will include :
- Supporting and advising our passengers and our partner airlines
- Assigning seats and processing baggage at the start of the journey
- Securing and checking required travel documents
- Coordinating the boarding process and ensuring punctual departure
- Assisting passengers in the event of lost luggage
- Assisting and advising passengers in the event of flight delays
- Looking after passengers in our lounges
