What you can expect :
Development and implementation of OT security standards, processes, and internal guidelinesFurther development of the system and network architecture and their interfacesIntroduction, maintenance, and continuous further development of the ISMS in our power plants on the Upper RhineAnalysis of assets and processes, risk identification and assessment, and definition of suitable protective measuresOperational implementation of security measures in close coordination with the operating teamsEnsuring system availability, performing updates and patches, performance monitoring, and automation of central processes (e.g., backups)Performing risk analyses, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining BCM and emergency conceptsPlanning and conducting training courses and exercises in the field of OT securityClose cooperation with managers, information security and risk management, and other relevant stakeholdersYou bring :
Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification.Comprehensive knowledge of IT and OT systems, in particular network architectures (TCP / IP, VLAN, routing, firewalls), Windows and Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), patch and update management.Experience with control and management systems, industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104), and digital power plant components, measurement and metering technology – ideally in the field of critical infrastructureExperience with management systems, especially ISMS and BCMProfessional experience in power plants or industrial facilities is an advantage.Knowledge of relevant standards and specifications (ISO / IEC 27001, 27002, 27019, NIS2, KRITIS umbrella law, and IT security catalogs in accordance with Section 11 of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG)).Strong communication skills, structured approach to work, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for cybersecurity.Mobility in the Upper Rhine region between Laufenburg and Wyhlen.Interested?
