YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a key member of the SAP Procurement Consulting organization, you will play a pivotal role in transforming businesses through the implementation of SAP Ariba’s leading cloud procurement solutions :

Functional Consulting

In your capacity as the lead consultant (f / m / d) for projects, you will guide clients through each phase of the SAP Ariba implementation lifecycle.

This includes supporting the blueprinting process, gathering customer requirements, and facilitating design workshops that leverage best practices.

You may also assist in developing processes and procedures to optimize the use of SAP Ariba within the client organization.

Your responsibilities will extend to configuring the final solution, guiding clients through user acceptance testing, and assisting in the resolution of any issues or defects.

Your expertise in SAP Ariba solutions and best practices will be crucial in ensuring the deployment of high-quality solutions that deliver tangible business value, while remaining user-friendly and easy to maintain.

You understand that successful outcomes are achieved through close collaboration with client teams and the cultivation of positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Throughout the deployment, you will provide updates on progress and escalate project issues to the project manager, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Trusted Advisory

Depending on your experience, you may take on additional responsibilities. Beyond project work, you will serve as a trusted advisor for key customers during the post-Go Live phase.

Leveraging your extensive knowledge of procurement and cloud IT, you will manage client relationships and influence decision-making processes.

Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities, including project scoping and escalation management. Your ultimate goal is to uphold quality standards that lead to high customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE

You thrive in challenging environments that encourage initiative, high energy, and a strong internal drive to achieve quality outcomes.

You are comfortable collaborating with international teams in remote settings.

With a keen interest in IT, you ideally have experience deploying IT solutions or serving as a super user. You understand the role of IT consultants and the complexities involved in digitalizing business processes.

While you are passionate about your work, you maintain a rational and objective outlook in stressful or emotional situations.

Your communication is clear and precise, and you exhibit openness and a willingness to listen to others.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in IT or procurement consulting
• Knowledge of leading business processes and procurement operations
• Willingness to travel within Europe up to 80%
• Business fluency in English and German is essential
• Experience with SAP Ariba solutions and familiarity with SAP ERP procurement modules (ECC or S / 4)
