Job Description

• Support international METRO entities in implementation of Global Quality Assurance standards
• Provide trainings on applicable QA standards to QA teams from countries and relevant stakeholders, and provide technical assistance whenever needed.
• Develop Technical manuals to support entities in implementation of standard requirements
• Review and update of QA documents and procedures related to Multichannel operations
• Support in development/improvement of QA features in operational IT tools with the aim to facilitate the implementation of QA requirements.
• Contribute to the integration of the newly acquired Food Service Distribution companies into METRO Quality Management System & manage QA workstream of the post-merger integration process
• Conduct risk assessment and annual Quality Audits of Logistic Service Providers (LSP) for international supply chain of METRO and ensure closure of non-conformities by LSP
• Support in investigation of internal claims and countries complaints for products distributed by LSPs
• Support in development of Quality Management System for Marketplace/E-commerce & develop relevant documentation
• Support in development and review of QA documents for Hard Franchise business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology, science and/or engineering
• Proven experience in implementing Quality Management Systems on site
• Experience in developing and maintaining QA documentation
• A track-record of minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA operations with experience in HACCP and PRP development and implementation
• Auditing skills (lead or internal auditor certificate for GFSI or ISO certification schemes).
• Fluent English skills along with strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a proactive working style.
