UXUI Designer (fmx)

Your role:
As a UX/UI Designer with a strong UI focus you will be the driving force behind our products visual experience. You will work independently to craft intuitive engaging and consistent interfaces while collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape the future of our energy platform.

What youll do:

• Design high-quality UI for web and mobile platforms ensuring usability and brand consistency.

• Support UX initiatives by translating research and user feedback into intuitive interfaces.

• Build maintain and evolve our design system.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define priorities and deliverables.

• Work independently as the sole designer with the opportunity to influence the product vision.

• Participate in design reviews and product discussions with the wider Product team.

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI expertise.

• Highly independent and proactive capable of owning design projects end-to-end.

• Passion for building and maintaining design systems.

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and usability.

• Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

• Experience with modern design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD etc.).

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
