About the Role
As a key partner to the Head of Payroll, you will contribute directly to the transformation of our payroll operations. Beyond managing your own client portfolio, you will serve as a trusted reference point for your team, ensuring excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across the department.
Your Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Manage payroll calculations and administrative processes for your dedicated client portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with current social legislation and internal quality standards.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Supervise, guide, and develop a team of junior payroll officers.
- Support their professional growth through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the reorganization and modernization of the payroll service.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies, digital tools, and optimized processes.
- Actively participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Your Profile

Education
- BTS or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll calculation.
- Experience in a fiduciary environment is a strong asset.
Technical Skills
- Excellent command of MS Office and advanced digital tools.
- Interest in AI‑driven solutions and modern payroll technologies.
Languages
- Fluency in French and English required.
- Any additional language is considered an advantage.
