With decades of success in e-Commerce and Telecommunications, and already proven scalability in the mobility sector especially in EV charging we’re now expanding our horizons.
We’re building a new, dedicated team focused exclusively on EV charging, and we're looking for passionate professionals to join us.

Senior Sales Manager EV Charging (m / f / d)
with a strong hunter mentality

Your Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy in close collaboration with Go-to-Market and Product Managers
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the EV charging industry
- Build and nurture a robust partner network (e.g., CPMS providers, consultants) to generate high-quality sales leads
- Lead first and second-round sales pitches, and collaborate with internal experts like consultants and product owners for more complex pitches
- Represent Riverty and our innovative products at industry fairs and events
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to integrate your insights into our product and marketing roadmaps
Your Qualifications :
- Proven track record in driving and closing sales within the EV charging industry, with a well-established network
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally within tech-driven sectors
- Strong understanding of complex, tech-driven products and the ability to translate this into customer value
- Eagerness to understand and advocate for our product offerings
- Willingness to travel across Europe (20-50%) to connect with clients and partners
- Fluent English (C1+ level); German proficiency is a plus.
