Are you a collaborative SEO expert with strong technical expertise who can build strong partnerships and drive impactful results?

We're looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of the B2B markets in Europe. You'll be responsible for the SEO strategy and execution of our platforms, europages and wlw (“Wer liefert was”), with a strong focus on technical SEO.

• Partner with Product to build a winning SEO strategy :  Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure alignment between SEO goals and technical feasibility, ensuring a seamless integration of SEO considerations into product roadmaps. We believe in a collaborative approach where we leverage each other's expertise, priorities will be reflected on the product roadmap
• Drive technical SEO improvements :  Optimize and enhance our platforms, focusing on technical aspects like site architecture, crawlability, and performance
• Champion SEO within the organization :  Represent the SEO team in strategic discussions and collaborate effectively with other departments, including Marketing and Product
• Analyze and report on SEO performance :  Track key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement countermeasures when necessary
• Stay ahead of the curve :  Continuously research and implement the latest SEO best practices and technologies
• A highly skilled SEO professional with at least 5 years of experience, specializing in technical SEO and strategy
• A strong communicator who can effectively explain complex concepts to colleagues and stakeholders
• A proven collaborator who can build strong partnerships and drive results by working effectively with product teams
• A passionate and curious individual who stays up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and technologies
• Fluent in English and German
• Technically proficient with a strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, Javascript, CSS, and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Botify, and Semrush
• Experienced in managing SEO projects, analyzing log files, and implementing sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and hreflang attributes
• A problem-solver who can identify and address complex SEO issues independently
• Bonus points for experience with platforms, e-commerce, search, project management, relaunches, AI technology or agencies
