Role accountabilities :

As a Design Manager Fire Safety you will play a critical role in the planning design and implementation of fire protection and safety systems. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver innovative solutions that guarantee the safety and operational reliability of hightech facilities.

• Planning and design of fire protection and safety systems for various hightech data center construction projects.
• Development of fire protection and safety concepts in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Selection and specification of fire protection and safety equipment and systems.
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and seamless integration of fire safety measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify hazards and develop appropriate protective measures.
• Monitor the implementation of fire protection and safety measures during the construction phase.
• Document and report on the progress of fire protection and safety planning.
• Ensure that all fire safety systems meet the highest standards of functionality reliability and compliance contributing to the overall success of data center projects.
