Sales Operations Manager
Our client is a family-run, internationally active manufacturer of technologies for industrial production based in Baden-Württemberg.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for a number of key tasks aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes within the company.
As the future job holder, you will play a central role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to continuously improve sales processes.
Tasks
- Establish and maintain strong sales processes
- Responsible for development and maintenance of sales tools
- Sales performance management
- Budget planning
- Establishes sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures
- Leads partner program implementation and operational follow-up
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience with managing sales operations, including track record of ambitious budget target achievement in international environments
- Significant experience in sales processes and tools deployment
- Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with lean techniques applied to commercial organizations is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to drive change within a team
- Ability to take ownership of projects from planning to execution with entrepreneurial hands-on spirit
- Strong customer orientation
- Bilingual English and German is preferred, fluent in English is mandatory
