Sales Operations Manager
Our client is a family-run, internationally active manufacturer of technologies for industrial production based in Baden-Württemberg. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for a number of key tasks aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes within the company. As the future job holder, you will play a central role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to continuously improve sales processes.
Tasks
- Establish and maintain strong sales processes
- Responsible for development and maintenance of sales tools
- Sales performance management
- Budget planning
- Establishes sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures
- Leads partner program implementation and operational follow-up
Requirements
Deep knowledge and experience with managing sales operations, including track record of ambitious budget target achievement in international environmentsSignificant experience in sales processes and tools deploymentProficient in data analysis and business intelligenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with lean techniques applied to commercial organizations is a plusGood communication skills and ability to drive change within a teamAbility to take ownership of projects from planning to execution with entrepreneurial hands-on spiritStrong customer orientationBilingual English and German is preferred, fluent in English is mandatory
