Are you good with numbers and interested in Customer Relationship management (CRM) and sales controlling topics As a PreMaster in sales at Bosch Sensortec you get the opportunity to gain valuable insights into these areas in an international working environment with exciting tasks.

If you are motivated to support projectrelated tasks and to drive them forward independently we look forward to receiving your application.

  • As a participant in our PreMaster program you are a full team member and also part in an international CRM project
  • Your main tasks include working with our Project team to roll out a new CRM software
  • Our global sales team shall experience a seamless system transition so you structure validate and cleanse data from diverse sources to prepare a comprehensive data migration
  • With the new cloud system existing and enhanced reports will be built in SAC; Realized implementations need to be evaluated for approval or refinement of business requirements
  • After you have accompanied the project and gained deep insights into systems and processes it will be time to train users and support them in change management

Qualifications :

  • Personality :  We are looking for an openminded motivated and multitasking candidate who has the ability to learn quickly as well as work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience & KnowHow : The ideal candidate has strong analytic and organizational skills is able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and in addition has very strong computer skills in MS Excel experience in VBA Powerpoint and good knowledge of data structures
  • Languages :   High proficiency in English and German
  • Education :   Bachelors Degree in Business Informatics Management Information Systems Computer Science or comparable with good results Strong intention to proceed with a Masters Degree after the program

    • Additional Information :

    The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a twostage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelors degrees who want to complete a Masters degree. After the Bachelors degree the first phase provides up to 12 months practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Masters course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
