An Office Manager and EA is urgently sought by this successful Software company based in Bad Homburg. The Office Manager and EA will work closely with the Executive Team, including the CEO, managing and supporting day-to-day activities, providing high-level admin support and ensuring smooth operations in this fast-paced environment. The Office Manager and EA will also be responsible for managing a small team of Office Managers and a busy office ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly across a number of offices worldwide.
You will have a demonstrable track record managing busy offices and as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives. You will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications and have a strong attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and deadlines. You must have experience managing small teams, preferably in a busy office environment, and have strong leadership and people management skills. You also need to be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and you must speak fluent German and English.
