Lead Product Designer, Design System - Logistics Rider (all genders)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer with a strong background in design systems to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our design system, ensuring a cohesive and scalable user experience across our Rider apps.
You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of 20 designers and 150 engineers to champion and implement design system best practices.

Design system leadership : Share ownership of our design system, driving its evolution, and ensuring its adoption across the organization.
Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, product managers) to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure design consistency.
Component design : Create and maintain high-quality, reusable design components that adhere to our design principles and accessibility standards.
Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive design system documentation, including guidelines, usage examples, and specifications.
Evangelize and educate : Advocate for the design system, educate teams on its benefits, and provide training and support as needed.
User-centric approach : Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design system decisions and ensure a positive user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems.
A portfolio demonstrating your design system expertise and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of design principles, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Nice to have :
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with design system tooling and frameworks.
Experience contributing to open-source design system
