Head of Procurement
Location : Near Osnabrück, Germany
Position Type : 3 days in office per week.

About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Procurement to join our dynamic team at a heavy manufacturing company. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect procurement.
- Source and manage suppliers globally.
- Grow the procurement team.
- Implement new processes and improve existing ones to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure greater coordination between procurement functions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address supply and quality issues.
- Cultivate excellent internal stakeholder management.
