Your area of responsibility

• As a Support Account Manager, you support our customers as a proactive solution partner and control our internal processes.
• In addition, you are independently responsible for compliance with the framework conditions for operational processes within the operational phase.
• You will also take care of the contractual, planning and financial aspects of the service business with our customers.
• Monitoring the service performance in terms of budget, quality and duration, contrary to the agreed service level agreements and reviewing the service provision also falls within your area of responsibility.
• You will also independently plan, monitor and calculate resource capacity.
• You will be able to learn and apply deep knowledge of Siemens logistics applications to perform customer support case management via web and phone communications
• You will work within a team environment to monitor customers issues, perform triage, troubleshooting and escalation routing as necessary.
• Providing customer assistance in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to well established process and practice procedures.
