Hiring Process
1) Phone interview with Kian (CEO) to assess cultural fit and general qualifications.
2) Onsite interview (1.5 hours) for an indepth discussion.
3) Remote case study on a real HR topic (tailored to candidates experience and expertise).
4) Followup : Review of the case study with Kian and meet with the wider team if the case study was successful.
